For ease and convenience, you may buy your tickets online in advance. NOTE: Due to Phipps current closure, general admission tickets purchased online on or after Feb. 1 will be valid through Aug. 31. 

Receiving Your Tickets

Your ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address you provide. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or bulk folder. When attending, you must either present copies of your tickets printed from your email or show the tickets from your email on a phone or tablet to the staff at Phipps' front Admissions desk before proceeding up the stairs.

Members, please visit the Guest Services desk and present your membership card to receive your free admission benefits. Additional tickets can be purchased online or during your visit.
