Objective: To be able to combine mediums on different substrates for your botanical art work

Level: Beginner to intermediate

Prerequisite: Botanical Drawing I and II and at least one of the following: Pen and Ink I, Watercolor I or Colored Pencil I

Explore the best qualities of the mediums most commonly used with botanical art, and a few new ones. The results you can achieve when combining one or more together could inspire your next work. Various substrates such as, clayboard, film and sanded paper will also be explored. Samples of the substrates will be sent to the student as part of the class fee.
