Beat the winter blues with a visit to Phipps’ Tropical Forest Cuba and an exploration of Shinrin-yoku, which translates from Japanese to “forest bathing.” Spend time in nature and connect with it through your sense of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch — no bathtubs involved! Explore the basic principles and benefits of forest bathing, and then venture into the warmth of the conservatory for a series of meditations that will help you connect to plant life in this unique setting.
