When raising young athletes, the whole family needs the energy to keep up with busy schedules. In this workshop you’ll learn about the nutritious foods kids need to play at their best. Our team will provide plant-based recipes to fuel the whole family. Upon registration you will receive an ingredients list, allowing you to cook along right from home.
